Senior House Co-Ordinator

We are inviting applications for a Senior House Co-Ordinator position starting as soon as possible. Experience of being responsible for adults with learning disabilities and having lived and/or worked with anthroposophical social therapy in a Rudolf Steiner community is essential. Applicants are required to have achieved accredited graduate-level qualifications in anthroposophical social care, e.g. BACE/BASP, or equivalent, or to be willing to work towards this. CPD will be expected. The work will involve evenings and weekends and some sleeping night cover. Good interpersonal, administrative and recording skills as well as flexibility and commitment and the willingness to be involved in all practical tasks are essential.
