House Co-ordinator

We invite applications for a senior House Co-ordinator post starting end of August 2014.

Experience of being responsible for adults with learning disabilities & having lived & worked with anthroposophical social therapy in a Rudolf Steiner community is desirable.  Applicants would have skills in personal care, record-keeping, have good interpersonal skills, and be flexible and committed. Applicants are required to have achieved accredited graduate-level qualifications in anthroposophical social care, e.g. BACE/BASP, or equivalent, or to be willing to work towards this. CPD will be expected.

The work will involve evenings & weekends and some sleeping night cover.  Good interpersonal, administrative & recording skills as well as flexibility & commitment and the willingness to be involved in all practical tasks are essential.
