The bakery at Nutley Hall enables our residents with learning-disabilities to co-produce high quality breads, cakes, biscuits and breakfast cereals for our community and for several local outlets. We are looking for a Bakery Workshop Leader to oversee and guide the operation. They will also liaise with house coordinators and other workshop leaders to develop programmes for residents that meet care plan objectives.
Knowledge & experience of baking and of working with people with learning disabilities would be an advantage. Good interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
We offer sociable working hours, Monday-Friday. The post is salaried and relevant training will be provided. Professional references and a DBS (formerly CRB) check will be required in all cases.
