We invite applications for a House co-ordinator post starting as soon as possible. The role involves supporting a group of adults with learning difficulties in a home environment. Experience of anthroposophical social therapy in a Rudolph Steiner community is essential.

From December 2016 we are looking to fill a full-time position for a Gardener to oversee the grounds and gardens of Nutley Hall including supporting and enabling adults with learning disabilities to maintain the grounds and grow vegetables and fruit for use by the community.  Knowledge & experience of biodynamic gardening and of working with people with learning disabilities is essential.

From December 2016 there will also be a part-time position (Tues/Weds/Thurs) as a Wood workshop leader. The appointed person will support and train adults with a variety of learning difficulties to be actively involved in making quality products for sale. Knowledge & experience of working with people learning disabilities in a Rudolf Steiner community is essential.

 

All posts are salaried. Professional references & a DBS (formerly CRB) check are required in all cases.
